“Aquarius” is a popular Central Agency yacht from Deutsche Yachten member Ocean Independence. Now the 46-meter format is playing an important role in a blockbuster with a star-studded cast.

“Knives Out” was one of the hit movies of 2020, despite the pandemic beginning, and now fans can finally look forward to the sequel – “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.” His new case takes detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) to a posh private estate on a Greek island. How and why he gets there is the first of many mysteries. Soon Blanc encounters a group of very diverse friends, invited by tech billionaire Miles Bron (Edward Norton) for their annual reunion. 

The guest list includes Andi Brand (Janelle Monáe), Miles’ former business partner, Connecticut Governor Claire Debella (Kathryn Hahn), top scientist Lionel Toussaint (Leslie Odom Jr.), fashion designer and ex-model Birdie Jay (Kate Hudson) and her conscientious assistant Peg (Jessica Henwick), and influencer Duke Cody (Dave Bautista) and his girlfriend Whiskey (Madelyn Cline). Each of these characters brings their own secrets, motivations and lies. When a body is found, they all become suspects.

In addition to this top-notch cast, “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” also features a secret star in the supporting cast – 46-meter charter yacht “Aquarius” managed by Ocean Independence. She is the setting for one of the key scenes in the crime comedy, which is playing on Netflix but was also shown in cinemas across the world. Incidentally, the captain was not cast with a double, but was able to prove his acting talents on the set.

“Aquarius” is available to charter guests in the Mediterranean. Built in 2016, the yacht accommodates up to ten guests in five cabins and features, among other things, a veritable beach club, several balconies and a Jacuzzi on the foredeck. Aquarius” costs 220,000 euros per week.
