Deutsche Yachten member Wolz Nautic announces the successful acquisition of all shares in TESUMO GmbH & Co. KG.

With this strategic move, Wolz Nautic is further expanding its market position as Europe’s leading supplier of high-quality marine flooring and yacht decks. At the same time, Wolz Nautic is sending a clear signal regarding sustainable growth, technological innovation and customer focus. The integration of both companies’ expertise and resources will create new synergies, enabling the service portfolio to be expanded in a targeted manner and innovative solutions to be brought to market even faster.

TESUMO GmbH & Co. KG has established itself in recent years as a competent and reliable partner in its sector. Since its foundation, various superyachts as well as smaller yachts and production yachts have been fitted with TESUMO. For example, Project ‘Fox’, Project ‘Zero’ and the ‘REV Ocean’ all use TESUMO as an alternative to teak. Various other projects have also been implemented but are subject to non-disclosure agreements.

Following the acquisition, existing customer relationships, contact persons and locations will remain unchanged. The aim is to ensure a smooth transition whilst simultaneously realising the benefits of the merger as quickly as possible. The focus is particularly on the further development of innovative products, the optimisation of internal processes and the strengthening of market presence.
With two production sites in Germany, 110 employees and a turnover of around 16.4 million euros in 2025, Wolz Nautic is the leading company in the field of yacht deck production.
